Planning Project Applicants: click the ‘Setup an Account’ link above to create a Public User Account.
All online development applications will observe the Planning Submittal and Processing Schedule as outlined on the City of The Colony website. If an application is submitted off schedule it will be processed at the next submittal date. The Online Development Portal will open the Friday prior to the Monday submittal date for applicants to submit the applications.
